About Attorney

Daryna Semeniuk is an immigration attorney licensed in New York with a concentration in business, talent, and employment-based immigration. With nearly a decade of experience at Ballon Stoll P.C., a mid-sized Manhattan law firm, and significant legal practice in Ukraine, Daryna delivers personalized legal services to clients navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

While Daryna has practical experience in various types of immigration matters, including family-based green card applications, asylum, and removal proceedings, she has chosen to focus on business, talent, and employment-based immigration. This niche allows her to provide tailored and effective services to entrepreneurial and talented individuals seeking to contribute to the U.S. economy and various professional fields.

Daryna earned her LL.M. in Banking, Corporate & Financial Law from Fordham University School of Law, where she also completed an extensive 4-credit course in immigration law. 

Prior to being admitted to the New York Bar, Daryna was licensed as a Legal Consultant by the Appellate Division, Second Department, of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in 2019. 

Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, Daryna is well-equipped to serve a diverse clientele, offering comprehensive and personalized legal strategies. As a recipient of an EB-2 NIW immigrant visa classification herself, Daryna understands the challenges and opportunities that immigration presents.
